Marbella is located in the Spanish region of Andalucía on the Costa del Sol. It's classy, it's glitzy and it simply oozes coastal charisma. Marbella County covers a total area of 114 sq km and some 26 kilometres of the area's coastline are bathed by the Mediterranean. Best described as a trendy cosmopolitan resort with long sandy beaches, it has a bustling lively nightlife with a good range of bars and plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes. Yet, Marbella has a unique air of individuality, which can be best appreciated by exploring back streets in the charming old part of town. This luxurious resort town has it all. The famous Selwo Park Nature Reserve is a short distance away. There are excellent restaurants in the surroundings, and all along the N340 towards San Pedro, while, Puerto Banus with its prestigious yacht harbour is only 10 minutes away.
There are two great water parks to enjoy at Mijas/Fuengirola and Torremolinos. Local opportunities abound for fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, cycling, diving, mountaineering, paragliding, sailing, walking, water skiing, and wind surfing.
There are several beaches close by, there are also several themed beaches suiting all holiday types, from the exclusive Nicki beach to San Pedro beach, for all round family entertainment and a great day out.

     
 
 
     
  The most prestigious cosmopolitan shopping area of Puerta Banus is just minutes away. If you are not into shopping just relax and watch the yachts in the harbour or choose from the many Spanish or international cuisine restuarants. Watch the world go by until the early hours.
The apartment is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area. Coastal towns of Puerto Banus, Marbella, San Pedro and Estepona are all within fifteen minutes drive. Puerto Banus with its famous marina, restaurants and designer shopping; Marbella town - a shopper's paradise. The typically Andalucian 'Old Quarter' of the town is packed with interesting places to visit as well as an array of places to eat and drink along many pedestrianised traditional whitewashed narrow streets and squares - as is Estepona, famous for its many festivals and processions. San Pedro with its safe, sandy beaches and beachfront promenade is only five minutes away. Further inland the quaint mountain village of Benahavis provides many great restaurants with spectacular views. Also well worth a visit are Istan, Ronda and Mijas all offering fabulous views and excellent restaurant facilities. Cancelada is also famous for its restaurants only a few kilometres down the road.
