Our apartment is situated on the
second floor which is accessible by a lift it is a 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom
apartment that is four years old. The spacious bedrooms are fully
furnished with sheets, quilts, bedside tables, lamps and wardrobes
and all the modern conveniences you could wish for.
The large lounge dining room, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms
are extremely light and airy. The air conditioning will keep you cool
in summer. Our community is gated and our apartment is just a few
steps from the communal pool and separate children’s pool. You
will also have access to all the other amenities of La Quinta including
27 hole golf course, 5* star hotel facilities and all at discounted
rates.
This apartment is positioned and designed such that the views are
stunning. The lounge has comfortable leather sofas, a widescreen TV
with Sky, video and DVD player.
Our dining table seats six comfortably. You have access from the lounge
to the sun terrace where you can dine on our outdoor furniture. Alternatively
you can sunbathe taking in the views of the second pool area, the
mountains, sea and golf course. |

The kitchen is fully equipped
including fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate
utility room housing washing machine and tumble dryer.
The master bedroom suite contains three separate rooms. The bedroom
has a king sized bed, TV with Sky channels and opens out onto a huge
sun terrace where you can relax on sun loungers. There is a large
dressing room, and a fantastic en-suite bathroom with double sized
shower, bath with shower over, toilet, bidet and wash basin.
Again there are fantastic views from this bathroom over the sea and
mountains. You also have access to a lockable safe. Both bedrooms
2 and 3 have twin beds and extensive wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has access
to the terrace where you can make use of the outdoor dining furniture.
Both bedrooms are roomy and airy. The main bathroom has shower, toilet,
sink and extensive marbled tiling.
Terrace 1 - This terrace can be accessed from the lounge and bedroom
2. The terrace has a dining table and seating for six so that you
can all take your meals outside. Picture it – radiant sun, blue
cloudless sky, clear swimming pools and enjoy the relaxing natural
environment.
